Shipping & Returns

This Shipping and Returns Policy shall apply to all orders, quotations, invoices, supplies, deliveries, and transactions undertaken by Darshan Enterprises, unless a separate written agreement executed by Darshan Enterprises expressly provides otherwise.

By placing an order, accepting delivery, making payment, or otherwise proceeding with a transaction, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the transaction is governed by this Policy, together with the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order confirmation, and any other written commercial terms issued or accepted by Darshan Enterprises.

Darshan Enterprises provides door-to-door shipping for eligible orders to serviceable locations, subject to product availability, order value, logistical feasibility, transporter availability, destination restrictions, and any other operational considerations applicable at the time of dispatch.

Any delivery schedule, dispatch estimate, or transit timeline communicated by Darshan Enterprises is indicative only and shall not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly confirmed in writing as binding. Darshan Enterprises shall not be liable for delay caused by supplier lead times, carrier delay, force majeure events, incomplete delivery information, site access restrictions, payment delays, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The customer shall provide accurate delivery details, contact information, statutory or site-entry documentation, unloading instructions, and any other particulars reasonably required for completion of delivery. Any additional cost, delay, failed delivery, detention, re-delivery, storage, or handling arising from incomplete or inaccurate customer information may be borne by the customer.

The customer, its representative, or receiving personnel shall inspect the goods at the time of delivery for apparent shortage, visible damage, incorrect item, packaging irregularity, or other readily observable discrepancy.

Any discrepancy capable of being identified at delivery must be recorded on the delivery acknowledgment, transporter document, invoice copy, or other receipt document, and must be communicated to Darshan Enterprises immediately with supporting photographs, order details, invoice number, and relevant documentary evidence.

Failure to conduct such inspection or failure to notify Darshan Enterprises promptly may be treated as prima facie acceptance of the goods in the condition and quantity delivered, without prejudice to any rights Darshan Enterprises may have under applicable law or commercial terms.

Returns are not automatic and shall be considered only upon a written request submitted to Darshan Enterprises. No goods shall be returned, dispatched, deposited, or tendered back unless Darshan Enterprises has issued prior written authorization for such return.

A return request shall include the customer name, invoice number, product details, quantity, reason for return, condition of goods, delivery date, photographs where applicable, and any other information requested by Darshan Enterprises for assessment.

Issuance of any acknowledgment, request number, inspection instruction, or return authorization shall not by itself constitute acceptance of liability, approval of refund, admission of defect, or confirmation that the goods are returnable. All return requests remain subject to scrutiny, verification, inspection, manufacturer/vendor terms, and final approval by Darshan Enterprises.

Darshan Enterprises reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, conditionally approve, reject, or deny any return request after reviewing the circumstances of the transaction, the condition of the goods, the timing of the request, manufacturer restrictions, stock status, resale feasibility, and any commercial or technical factors considered relevant by Darshan Enterprises.

Goods may be ineligible for return where they are used, installed, altered, opened, damaged after delivery, missing packaging or accessories, specially procured, non-stock, custom ordered, cut to length, project-specific, obsolete, supplied against urgent procurement, supplied under manufacturer restriction, or otherwise unsuitable for resale or return to the supplier/manufacturer.

Darshan Enterprises may also deny a return where the customer ordered an incorrect product, changed requirements after supply, failed to verify specifications before order confirmation, delayed reporting, failed to preserve evidence, or where the alleged defect, damage, or discrepancy cannot be reasonably verified.

Where a return is approved, the goods must be returned in the manner, timeline, condition, and location specified by Darshan Enterprises. Goods must be complete, unused, clean, unaltered, and accompanied by original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, warranty cards, and invoice documentation, unless Darshan Enterprises expressly permits otherwise in writing.

Approved returns may be subject to inspection charges, testing charges, restocking charges, freight charges, loading or unloading charges, manufacturer charges, handling charges, or any other applicable deductions. Darshan Enterprises may determine whether the appropriate remedy, if any, shall be replacement, credit note, adjustment against future purchase, repair coordination, supplier warranty assistance, or any other commercially reasonable resolution.

Refunds, credits, replacements, or adjustments shall not be presumed and shall become applicable only after final written approval by Darshan Enterprises following inspection and verification.

Products supplied by Darshan Enterprises may be subject to the warranty, replacement, defect assessment, and service terms of the relevant manufacturer, principal, vendor, or supplier. Darshan Enterprises may facilitate communication or coordination where commercially practical, but manufacturer approval or warranty acceptance is not guaranteed by Darshan Enterprises.

Nothing in this Policy shall require Darshan Enterprises to accept goods for return where the matter is properly governed by manufacturer warranty assessment, technical service process, installation conditions, misuse, site conditions, or third-party handling after delivery.
